Job Requirements

Must have • Understanding and experience of Product Development Life Cycle, Business Requirement Specification documentation and experience of working in an Agile environment. • 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in the Core banking arena with specialized knowledge of Chinese banking operations. • Should have worked in a banking/ financial institution in China across core banking functions for retail banking and good awareness of commercial banking. • Should have worked in core banking product/solutions IT companies with hands-on experience in product development/ business analysis. • Candidate should be self-motivated; target oriented and should be able to meet set timelines. • Excellent oral and written communication with fluency in Chinese and English, analytical thinking and good interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a team environment across time zones and countries. Good to have • Customer facing Implementation experience for 1-2 implementation cycles is a plus. • Exposure to how banking works in other markets/geos is desirable.
