Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) 1.University degree with technical education background 2.Ten years above experiences in multiple and overall plant environment including manufacturing operation, sourcing and supply chain, engineering, Finance and HR. 3.Good communication and presentation skills both in Chinese and English, with the ability to manage internal and external relationships. 4.Strong leadership skills, trustworthy and independent. 5.Strong ability to influence and work within matrixed organization. 6.Ability to drive change and continuous improvement. 7.Highly knowledgeable in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen
