Job Requirements

Work Place： ShenZhen China Objects: age 30 or above, master degree or higher level from key universities majoring in planning or architecture, having experience in overseas or foreign-invested large-scale design, understand English Qualifications: 1. Over 5 years’ related working experience in large-scale institution; 2. Competent to create proposal ,ever won award for municipal 2nd-level or above excellent design 3. Over 3 years’ working experience in large-scale architect or design institutions; 4. Familiar with professional standards and new and high tech trends, observant and judgment skills in industry information and development; 5. Good occupational ethics, communication, cooperation, control and management skills; 6. Senior architect, China Registered Architect certification or overseas equivalence; 7. Preferably applicators who ever designed international five-star hotel and international commercial project
