Job Responsibilities
This Junior Marketing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day marketing activities including, but not limited to, project management, campaign execution, and reporting. Working closely with the CEO, Sales, you will be part of a collaborative, creative, and metrics-based team whose goal is to increase performance and revenue for the company. Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a team-oriented attitude are all keys to being successful. List of responsibilities and essentials functions: • Implement lead generation plan across multiple channels to drive sales and ensure revenue growth • Assist in the development of emails, landing pages, direct mail, nurture campaigns, sales collateral, client communications and content for projects • Review competitive sales materials and websites on an ongoing basis • Identify ways to better promote our solutions and company • Plan, organize and manage all assigned marketing programs • Create and update new sales materials and support documents • Monitor and track performance of all assigned projects • Create and manage the budget for all programs • Continually evolve our programs to ensure growth in the market • Maintain a high productivity level and work collaboratively to execute integrated campaigns • Problem-solve, multi-task, and prioritize while working independently to meet deadlines • Provide back up and support to other team members on the various marketing technologies used • Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
Job Requirements
