Job Responsibilities

1. Arrange production capacity and rework capacity/ analyze production capacity review. 2. Decrease standard working hours and do MOH review. 3. Provide layout plan ( The arrangement of people, material, walking paths..) 4. SFCS issue review ( process detention, abnormal alarrm, prevention of misoperations...) 5. Evaluate the manufacturing resource allocation ( DL manpower allocation review/equipment/ Utilization Rate of Automated Monitoring...) 6. Evaluate to phase in automatic line and half auto line 7. Other project improvements (SMT, assembly, testing, packaging, AI ...).

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher degree Seniority: At least 5 years of experience with IE related work Experience: IE experience of electronic assembly products and IE management related experience Language: Proficient in Chinese: strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
