Job Responsibilities

Teaching Management - In charge of the teaching management and keep it in good order to form excellent academic atmosphere. - Make sure that teaching is consistent with the school’s ideology, mission, value and ambition. - Provide curriculum instruction,review materials Students Management - Strengthen the safety of the students, discipline and attendance management,implement school management institution. - Organize and supervise special needs from students (including health problems, physical problems,mental problems and social needs). Communication between Parents & School - Keep in touch with parents regularly and gain their support and ask them for suggestions. School Promotion & Students Recruitment - Cooperate with the school on the admission work positively,attend various school popularizing activities so as to establish good image of the school. Offer help on the aspect of acquiring authorization - Make great effort to help the school acquire the authorization from the organizations as follows so as to carry out related courses at school

Job Requirements

- Degree holder or above -From English native countries -Teaching License is required, Principal License would be prefferred. - At least 3 years working experience as principal or vice principal at international school, Experience in setting up schools is preferred -Related principal experience in international primary school. - Love education career,focus on long-term development in the field of education - Excellent oral and written English,logical analysis and classification ability,problem solving ability - Have sharing and team work spirit - Have great passion for education as well as the spirit of dedication
