Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) A.20 Years broad experience in sales & marketing and operations management, preferably in the Hydraulics sector but definitely in the broader industrial sector; B.Working knowledge of operational excellence principles and practices. Ability to manage the business from an operating perspective, ability to get things done in as indirect reporting capacity, ability to get directly involved at the lowest levels to identify and fix problems; C.Strong leadership and communication skills to influence and motivate employee within the Company to achieve goals; D.Demonstrated skills in understanding of the customers and markets served. An ability to rapidly understand the customers and/or distributors business, to be able to assist them in sales, service and inventory management of our products; E.Specific knowledge of sales tools such as value/strategic selling and account management principles and the ability for strong execution; F.Experience in working with multinationals (MNC’s), preferably US or European-based with a strong, recent background of Marketing, Sales and General Management leadership in SEA subsidiaries of MNC’s; G.Strong communication skills and an ability to be culturally sensitive in an environment that will require working across multiple cultures; H.MBA will be ideal.
