Job Responsibilities
Coordination of day to day Food & Beverage outlet activities. Planning, organizing, budgeting in all outlets. Provide a strong communication link between Outlet Managers and the Director F&B. Key Responsibilities • The incumbent is responsible, to ensure that F&B Department is run efficiently and that he/she apply all managerial principles to ensure Guest Satisfaction and financial benefits, in accordance with the budgeted guidelines and SOP. • The incumbent should be able to work without supervision and be able to take on the duties of Director F&B, in his absence. • Ensure all the staffs carry out the task according to the SOP. • Focus on customer service and staff development needs in all outlets • Ensure all the staffs carry out the task according to the SOP. • Sourcing local suppliers for equipment or other requirements in the department. • Ensure the whole F&B Department and staffs offer an outstanding service to the guests. • Supervises the quality of service in all outlets during meal periods.
Job Requirements
• Experience as outlet manager or similar position for 4-5 years in a 5 Star Hotel. • Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced and constantly changing environment. • Good menu and food knowledge; Good beverage knowledge. • Excellent Mandarin and English communication skills (spoken AND written) • Positive attitude under pressure, aggressive, initiative; self-confident.
