Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for daily customer complaints in product launch areas, and answer user questions through FB or email; 2. Pay close attention to Facebook and other user communities and forums, and collect and organize user feedback; 3. Record product online problems and feedback from users to assist operations in solving online problems; 4. Organize and translate content; 5. Operation activities, product localization, and proofreading of advertising copy content;

Job Requirements

1. Good written and oral expression in English, English major is preferred; 2. Love English culture 3, love games, comics, novels, like to communicate with users, understand user psychology and habits; 4. Have cheerful personality, good teamwork spirit, and good stress resistance;
