Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) - Bachelor degree or above in electrical Engineering related fields. - 5 or more year experience in electrical ballast, led driver development and verification testing. - Familiar with PCB layout, fluent to use design tools, like Protel, etc.. - Familiar with electrical products standards, safety, and EMC solution. - Familiar with electrical components, parameters, fluent to use test facilities and equipment. - Familiar with NPD process, good project management skill. - Team management experience first. - Strong problem analyzing and shooting skills, strong responsibility and self-motivation. - Strong English reading / writing skills. Good verbal is a plus. - Strong communication and coordination skill.
