Job Responsibilities

1. Responsibilities of managing the reproductive laboratory, the staff and the relationships with the technical team inside the farms that the business will cooperate with. 2. The successful candidate will report and work closely with the business owners who have been living and working in China for the past 15 years and have excellent connections with the Chinese animal industry.

Job Requirements

1. Fluency in English and ideally Mandarin, but if Mandarin is not fluent and the person has the right attitude to work in a work place without the language skills this will be considered. 2. Life science, biology, medical experience and a bachelor's degree on one of these fields. 3. Strong understanding of the requirements of establishing a modern laboratory. 4. Track record of managing and running and efficient and safe laboratory. 5. More than 10 years of professional work experience. 6. Happy to live in China, in a large city 4 hours south of Beijing.
