Job Responsibilities
Mainly responsible for business development in European side of Istanbul. 1. Responsible for the business development in European side of Istanbul area, developing sales strategies based on the company's strategic goals, and achieving annual performance targets; 2. Insight: Conduct insights into the specific segments, including but not limited to: market trends, industrial landscape, customer development trends, customer organizational structure and decision-making chain, competitors and its products, etc; 3. Lead business opportunity exploration: Explore business opportunity and development within the industry until co-operation is achieved; 4. Customer relationship building: Maintain existing customer relationships and carry out key customer relationship building along the customer organizational structure and decision-making chain; 5. Project development: Assist in supporting domestic sales and related teams to work together on the client side to drive the completion of project development work; 6. Other daily sales tasks
Job Requirements
1. at least 5 years of work experience in the automation industry 2. Strong business expansion and regional management skills, with successful experience in independently developing business; 3. Excellent interpersonal management skills, affinity, influence, and keen insight, as well as excellent communication and coordination skills; 4. Proficient in English, it is preferred if candidate can also speak Chinese; with experience working in multinational companies preferred; 5. Familiar with drive and control products,such as VFD,Servo,PLC,HMI
