Job Requirements
Key responsibilities Build relationships and liaise directly with clients Conduct primary and secondary research for event and trip itineraries Design custom programs based on client requirements Take charge of project management,program logistics and execution Travel on programs when needed (if the event / trip is not in Beijing) Successful candidates will have: An undergraduate degree A passion for creative events and excellent service Excellent spoken and written English writing skills (Fluent/Level 6 or above) and, proficient spoken and written Mandarin Good command of computer skills (Microsoft Office) Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a cross-cultural environment A proactive working style: accountable, customer oriented and well organized A track record of leadership Preference will be shown to candidates who have: Client servicing experience Project management experience Previously held positions in the field of events / destination management Experience of events in greater China (mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan)
