Job Requirements
Key responsibilities --Understand client requirements and provide customized travel solutions. Meet with them to introduce and plan WildChina programs when needed --Conduct primary and secondary research for WildChina itineraries --Design custom travel packages based on client requirements --Be responsible of travel program management and logistics execution --Travel on WildChina programs and assist in program execution when needed Successful candidates will have: --An undergraduate degree from a top-tier university --A passion for Chinese culture, history and/or geography --Excellent spoken and written English writing skills (Fluent/Level 6 or above) and,at a minimum,proficient spoken Mandarin --Good command of computer skills (Microsoft Office) --Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a cross-cultural environment --A proactive working style: accountable, customer oriented and well organized --A track record of leadership in school activities or previous internships / positions Preference will be shown to candidates who have: --Client servicing travel industry working experience (preferable) --Project management experience --Previously held positions in the field(s) of travel and/or corporate --Traveled extensively in greater China (mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan)
