A Finance or BD Project Management professional who has the drive, communication skills and commercial acumen to make a significant impact to the direction of China Specialties Business.Strong capacity and strong, proven financial and market/value chain analytical skillsGreat perseverance and capability to work effectively in challenging business environmentsUnderstanding of strategy, business and project evaluation toolsIn depth understanding of Shell Opportunity Realization System and Project Management processesAccountability for delivery of projects within an agreed framework of targetsProven capability to translate financial analysis into strategic recommendations with a sound understanding of Shell Group financial guidelinesOutstanding communication and stakeholder management skillsExperienced in asset portfolio projectsExcellent English skill in both speaking and written
