Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for moral education, security department leadership and implementation, guiding the work of life teacher and general affairs 2.Formulate and implement the relevant systems, rules of moral education and safety education, life and general affairs. 3. Carry out ideological and moral quality education for students, formulate moral education work plan and moral education management system, establish a good studying spirit. 4. Responsibilities: Organize weekly speaking activities under the national flag and carry out ideological education for students. 5. Conscientiously take class meeting, lunch break, class break activities, morning exercise, class exercise, eye exercises, collective activities, class style, class discipline, school road team, bus and other daily inspection, and truthfully fill in the inspection records. 6.Cooperate with the teaching department to guide and feedback the work of the head teacher. 7. Hold regular meetings on moral education, parent committees, set up family education lectures, run parent schools, and strive to combine school, family and social education to optimize the educational environment. 8. Usually go deep into the classroom, laboratory, playground and other student activity places, understand the students' thinking, study, life situation, find out the problem in time to solve. Report major issues to the principal's office in time. 9. Strengthen the research on moral education and ensure the effectiveness, actively undertake the subject of moral education research, write papers, timely participation in foreign exchanges. 10. Guide life teachers to manage student dormitories, formulate dormitory conventions, and conduct regular dormitory evaluation activities. 11. Make school safety work plan, improve school safety work rules and regulations. 12. Responsible for the safety education and legal education of teachers and students, improve the legal awareness and safety awareness of teachers and students. 13. Responsible for the routine safety work of the school area, carry on the overall supervision to the school safety, timely discover, report and correct the hidden danger of the school safety in time. 14. Guide and urge the canteen and life teachers to manage the safety of the student canteen, inspect the purchase, preservation, processing and sample retention of food. 15. Teaching buildings, canteens and other public places for fire management, regular students escape drills, fire drills, improve students escape and self-rescue skills. 16. Responsible for the implementation of safety monthly report system, receiving the superior departments inspection, contact the superior counterpart departments, and actively carry out the work, to ensure the safety of the life and property of the teachers and students of the school and the normal education and teaching order of the school. 17. Properly manage the life and health care of teachers and students. 18. Complete other tasks arranged by the superior.

Job Requirements
