Job Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be... Managing Projects: Overseeing cross-functional projects and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic and tactical guidelines. Owning Frameworks: Developing and optimizing playbooks, frameworks, models, and tools to define long-term strategies and adjust short-term levers. Improving Processes: Enhancing existing processes and create new ones to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business, data science, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years in business intelligence, finance, consulting, tech, or similar high-performance environments. Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL; strong communication and stakeholder management skills; analytical problem-solving with strategic thinking; data-driven decision-making. Work Style: Adaptable and proactive, thriving in ambiguous environments; hands-on approach to experimenting and executing projects. Languages: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
