Requirements Experience and Qualifications required -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Experience and Qualifications required - Strong self-motivation to continuously drive for hunting - Strong capability of both strategic analysis and implementation - Team player with good influencing skills, able to work effectively with multi-functional team and with various reporting lines - Bachelor Degree (e.g. BSc, BEng) required as minimum. - 10+ years of solid performance in B2B Commercial type of role (preferable Direct sales, marketing role) - Solid working experience / knowledge / people network in selected industry sectors will be a plus. - Have an in depth knowledge of the key competitors in the sector or product group and understand their strengths and weaknesses will be a plus. - Ideally would have good command of B2B lubes marketing/ technical knowledge.
