Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and Monitor Supply Chain Operations: Manage daily logistics operations to ensure the efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand. Transportation Management: Plan and coordinate transportation routes, schedules, and carrier selection to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Warehouse Management: Oversee the organization, storage, and distribution of products within the warehouse; ensure the efficient utilization of space and resources. Order Processing: Manage order fulfillment processes, including order entry, tracking, and delivery, while ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement; prepare reports on logistics performance metrics. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all logistics activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards; promote a safe working environment. Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth logistics operations. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Responsible for daily expenditure and invoicing, and managing financial ledgers

Job Requirements

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution. Proficient in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems). Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. English speaking is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with international logistics and customs regulations. Proficiency in use of Excel.
