Job Responsibilities

Undertake design project from concept to completion Define project requirements and schedule during the“brief” Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans Research and decide on materials and products sourcing Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills Supervise work progress Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors Research and follow industry changes, evolution and best practices Participate in designing the Office Automation of the department

Job Requirements

Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations. Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max or other design programs Excellent portfolio of previous works Creative talent, imagination and eye for design Communication and presentation skills Project management skills BS/MA degree in Interior Design or similar Fluent in both spoken and written English is required. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus. Portfolio is required
