Job Responsibilities
Work with Sales Directors and Business Development to achieve the annual sales target. Responsible for customer visiting, collecting customer information such as customer demand, pain points, purchase budget and historical purchase list, and create business opportunities in the management system for distribution product like INVERTERS, BATTERIES and SOLAR PANELS for Residential, Commercial and Industrial, EV charger; Responsible for technical proposal prepare and presentation, technical requirements guidance and analysis for distribution solutions and products, to ensure samples testing and scheme demonstration successfully Responsible for interpreting market information, analyzing customer needs, digging out customers' pain points, and analyzing competitive products based on market dimensions. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of technical line customer relations
Job Requirements
Educational Background Bachelor's Degree (and above) in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and other related majors. Work Experience Relevant experience in solar system, such as solar panel,inverter,energy storage battery,EV charger etc.; With experience of making solar proposal to customers, Candidate who has the working experience in solar products distributors, EPC companies and installation companyies are prefered, with experience more than3 years for distribution products/solutions Knowledge and skills required With technical knowledge power distribution system and product Excellent technical and pre-sales skills With strong planning, coordination, communication, leadership and decision-making skills. Strong learning ability, strong logic, like the simplicity of the Internet English speaking is mandatory
