工作职责： Responsibilities: 1、负责建筑工业化领域建筑节点构造、节点力学性能、部品部件等的研发； Responsible for the research and development of building node structure, joint mechanical properties and parts in the field of building industrialization; 2、围绕建筑工业化领域（建筑新技术、部品部件、集成装修等）开展国内外前沿技术调研，撰写技术分析报告和市场分析； Conducted research on cutting-edge technologies at home and abroad in the field of building industrialization (new building technologies, parts and components, integrated decoration, etc.), and wrote technical analysis reports and market analysis; 3、负责建筑产品系统标准图集的编制； Responsible for compiling standard atlas of building products system; 4. 负责自主知识产权的策划和自主知识产权申报文件的编制； Responsible for the planning of independent intellectual property rights and the compilation of independent intellectual property rights declaration documents; 5、装配式建筑设计文件编制、建筑图、施工图、深化图设计，审核。 Preparation of prefabricated architectural design documents, design of architectural drawings, working drawings and detailed drawings, and review. 6、围绕企业重点发展方向，撰写核心自主知识产权、企业或行业标准。 Write core independent intellectual property rights, enterprise or industry standards based on the key development direction of the enterprise.

Job Requirements

任职要求： Job requirements: 1、建筑学、建筑工程等专业，本科及以上学历； Bachelor degree or above in architecture and architectural engineering; 2、在高校、科研机构、大型设计院、咨询单位或建筑产业集团具有2-3年以上实践经验，有装配式建筑、钢结构建筑工作经验； At least 2-3 years of practical experience in universities, scientific research institutions, large design institutes, consulting units or construction industry groups, with working experience in prefabricated buildings and steel structures; 3、熟悉建筑领域建筑构造、建造工艺等相关技术，对建筑行业的新技术、新产品、新建材、工艺技术等有一定了解； Familiar with construction structure, construction technology and other related technologies in the construction field, and have some understanding of new technologies, new products, new building materials and technology in the construction industry; 4、了解构件厂构件加工生产、构件运输、施工等环节，能解决深化设计中的各类技术问题，熟悉国家和行业规范。 Understand components processing and production, components transportation, construction and other links in the component factory, be able to solve various technical problems in the in-depth design, and be familiar with national and industrial standards. 5，中英文读写流利。 Fluent in Chinese and English reading and writing.
