Job Responsibilities

1.Develop potential customers at home and abroad and introduce business to customers; 2.Provide china-russia trade solutions to customers' needs; 3.Responsible for the import and export transportation, customs declaration, inspection and other work of the customer's goods, sort out the goods information, timely input into the system, notify relevant departments, be able to provide help to the customer at any time, and establish a good relationship with the customer; 4.Visit customers regularly, collect customer feedback, complaints and other information, and transfer to relevant departments, and jointly negotiate solutions to improve service quality; 5.Collate and file business related information and report related business work; 6.Finish other work assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

1.Good command of Russian in reading and writing, able to communicate with Russian. 2.Experience in import and export trading companies, familiar with import and export trade information, relevant logistics transportation, international freight forwarding experience; 3.Careful, focused, responsible, organized, efficient, good learning and adaptability, proactive and able to work under pressure; 4.Strong communication and coordination skills, good service awareness and teamwork spirit; 5.Proficient in excel, world, PDF and other related office software
