Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for making sales plans and developing sales strategies according to customers and market conditions. 2. Responsible for recording contact information of foreign customers and grasping their needs. 3. Responsible for organizing relevant personnel to confirm the requirements of foreign customers and review sales contracts to ensure that the requirements of customers are met and review records are made. 4. Regularly keep track of new customer samples from abroad and timely deal with customers' requirements. 5. Timely deal with foreign customers' complaints and disqualified products' information, sort out, analyze, summarize and classify, and timely feedback the results of treatment to customers, and provide pre-sales and after-sales services. 6. Responsible for daily management of the sales team, helping to establish, supplement, develop and cultivate the sales team, motivate the team strength and improve work efficiency.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in marketing, international trade or related majors, and engaged in food related foreign trade management for more than 3 years. 2. Good English level and oral ability, and master certain sales management theories. 3. Familiar with foreign trade export process. 4. Good market judgment and development ability, good at public relations communication, outstanding negotiation and adaptability.
