Compensation Package Part-time: • Flexible part-time schedule (great for teachers looking to make a difference in more children’s lives AND boost their incomes), classes are mostly on weekends during regular school year. Summer and winter breaks are generally reversed schedule • Semester bonus based on overall performance, attendance records, and student retention rates Full-time: • Flexible full-time schedule, but must work on weekends during regular school year. Summer and winter breaks are generally reversed schedule. • Paid National Holidays • 15 Paid Vacation Days per year • Z-Visa Sponsorship • Health Insurance (Ping An Health Insurance Company of China, Mainland China Only) • Annual bonus based on performance and company profitability Desired Skills and Experience: 1. Native English speaker (American/Canadian accent) 2. Proven expertise and teaching experience 3. At least 2+ years teaching/tutoring 4. Experience working with ESL / Chinese students a plus
