Job Responsibilities
1. Grasp the daily guest situation and catering activities. 2. Participate in various front desk work. Find and report problems in work. 3. Welcome the VIP guests and return guests who arrive and leave on the day. 4. Prepare the registration form, key card and so on before the guests arrive to ensure the check-in procedures are convenient and quick. 5. Keep good communication with hotel guests to know their likes and dislikes and help them solve problems. 6. Make daily telephone calls to guests, collect their opinions and take follow-up measures to report to the superior. 7. Receive and welcome guests at the reception and lobby level and business floor. 8. Assist guests on business floor to check in and check out.
