Position Responsibilities: - Teach a variety of courses ranging from 1 – 6 students for ages 8 – 18 - Research and development of curriculum and course content - Grade and evaluate students’ work Compensation Package 1. Part-time: Hourly pay rate range of 300-450 RMB before tax pending qualifications and teaching experience, with 100% hourly bonus Flexible part-time schedule (great for teachers looking to make a difference in more children’s lives AND boost their incomes), classes are mostly on weekends during regular school year. Summer and winter breaks are generally reversed schedule Semester bonus based on overall performance, attendance records, and student retention rates 2. Full-time: Starting net salary range of 20,000 – 25,000 RMB before tax pending qualifications and teaching experience Flexible full-time schedule, but must work on weekends during regular school year.
