Job Responsibilities
1.Lead the development of the market share , revenue growth and sustainability and the delivery of the customer value proposition in the area out of China Mailand, 2. Responsible for the market development and product promotion of harness connector products within Oversea Markets. Aggressive in business development and setting USD30millions on business achievement every year . 3. Formulate, coordinate, implement, evaluate and optimize the national channel development plan and annual channel expansion plan to undertake the company's strategic objectives 4. Business Acumen with keen understanding of the financial returns to drive ROP results. Control the balanced development of sales budget, sales expenses, resource allocation and sales targets 5. Maintain and develop key customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Pays attention to detail, & superior numerical skills with high standards in quality and process 6. Work closely with the Project, Design, Engineering and Production teams to ensure customer requirements are met on a timesly basis. 7. Planned the overall operation of the international trade department, established and improved sales related systems and processes, and promoted the standardization of sales management 8. Manage the sales team, including recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating team members to improve the overall performance of the team
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering or Marketing 2.More than 10 years sales experience on electronics industry is preferred, strong networking with cable, adaptor etc,Proven experience of managing country level business 3.Experienced in management and training of sales team, able to motivate team members to achieve performance targets 4.Rusult-orientated and smart on numbers from planning to reporting. Strong sales skill and negotiation skill. Able to establish good relationship with team and customers 5.Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Albel to identify opportunities and make decisions based on facts and data. 6.Excellent command of English written and spoken, Madarin written and spoken skill will be advantage. 7. Foreigners or talents from Hongkong or Taiwan are preferred.
