Job Responsibilities
1. Assisted the chairman to preside over the work of the operation group, and established the operation management team of Tong World around the country; 2. Establish the operation system of Children's World to ensure strict implementation of the established safety and service standards; 3. Organized the operation and capital contribution of the new project of Children's World and provided professional management advice; 4. Organized the preparation plan for the opening of Kids World, and ensured the smooth operation according to the effective promotion; 5. Organized and formulated the development and operation plan of Kids World products to provide tourists with the best experience; 6. Organized the preparation of the operating budget, calculated the income and cost according to the completion index; 7. Organize analysis and timely adjust strategies to ensure the best benefits according to business numbers and site operation conditions; 8. Cooperate with the chairman to carry out other related work.
Job Requirements
1. More than 10 years of experience in the park industry, familiar with the operation and management of theme parks; 2. At least 5 years' experience as a regional or project leader in famous cultural and tourism enterprises such as Disney, Universal Studios and Santa Tosha; 3, Have certain industry qualifications and interpersonal skills; 4. Excellent professional quality and team leadership.
