Job Responsibilities

1. Familiar with the development trend of global design trend, drive the creative direction of DFCV product development design business; 2. Be responsible for the evaluation and responsible for the design result. 3. Responsible for the construction of DFCV brand and series of Vehicle design DNA and business development planning. 4. Assist in improving the design development system and framework and process methodology, and enhance the overall development capability and optimize the system process. 5. Promote the organizational and capacity-building of design teams. 6. To be responsible for the assessment and coaching the design team number.

Job Requirements

Responsible for more than 5 whole-vehicle design development projects; A keen sense of smell and insight into future design trends Have rich experience in quality control and progress control of project management Rich project experience in creative design, CMF, virtual reality technology and design process.
