Job Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating post-sales technical support, responding promptly to customer complaints, providing solutions and suggestions, promoting the implementation of solutions, and improving customer satisfaction; Align relevant resources at HQ to analysis the root cause, and promote product and product improvements, prevent the similar case happening again; Customer complaint process management to ensure timely closure; Visit the projects to collect information, or provide O&M and installation training; Develop and maintain regional service provider and 3rd party institution resources;
Job Requirements
Able to be based in Frankfurt, Germany; Bachelor's degree or above, English as working language, fluency in Chinese is preferred; More than 3 years of work experience in the PV or related industry, with priority given to post-sales work experience; Good communication skills, learning ability, and team spirit; Adapt to frequent travels to PV projects;
