Job Responsibilities

Establish a global supply chain for solid-state media, with a focus on HNB (heat-not-burn) tobacco products. Familiar with the whole link management of procurement, production and logistics to ensure the efficient operation of the supply chain. Develop procurement channels for tobacco raw materials, and find and establish stable sources of supply. Develop and execute sourcing strategies appropriate to the tobacco industry to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality control.

Job Requirements

Strong background in the tobacco industry, especially in the field of solid media and HNB tobacco products, with at least 5 years of experience. Familiar with the global tobacco raw material market and supply chain management, able to respond quickly to market changes. Excellent procurement negotiation skills and supplier management ability to ensure procurement cost control and supply stability. Experience in successfully building and maintaining complex supply chain networks, including collaboration between multinational corporations and different cultural backgrounds. Excellent leadership and team management skills to effectively motivate and coach team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex business challenges and come up with innovative solutions. Excellent communication and cross-cultural coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with globally diverse stakeholders. Fluent in English and able to communicate and express in a multinational work environment.
