Job Responsibilities
Manage Returns: Handle daily returns, including sorting, organizing, and shelving items according to company requirements. Inventory Management: Organize, count, and adjust inventory/returned inventory during non-peak times, ensuring accurate records. Refurbishment & Testing: Inspect, test, and repackage returned products (such as power banks, charging cables, chargers, headphones, speakers, robotic vacuums, etc.) following the company's refurbishment standards. Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and basic functionality tests to ensure refurbished products meet quality standards. Continuous Improvement: Record issues with failed refurbishments and provide feedback to enhance the refurbishment process. System Use: Use warehouse software for inventory management, including storage and deductions.
Job Requirements
Hardworking, responsible, and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office, email, and other relevant software. A technical background or experience in electronics engineering or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in a warehouse or factory environment is preferred. Must have legal residency or a valid work permit.
