Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for the school's overall teaching quality and academic criteria fulfillment. • Carry out a string of teaching coordination and academic management work in line with the academic handbook. • Conduct induction training, teaching workshop and new teacher training in conjunction with the academic department. • Assign teaching duties, distribute syllabi and teaching materials to corresponding teachers, draft teaching schedule, and finalize academic calendar. • Organize key exams, conduct overall exam result analysis.Conduct annual assessment on individual teachers and take part in the internal academic audit on a semster basis. • Get involved in teaching recruitment process, and help with the new academic year teaching resource planning. • Get involved in marketing promotion, school open day activities, student interview, parents’ meeting, and student discipline. • Assume certain teaching duty (English or Social or Stem courses) Starting Date: best before May 2021 (founding VC principal); Location: American Garden, south 3th ring road, Gaoxin District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, China; (underground train station: line 8, qing'an station)

• Native speaker with high qualified • 10+ years experience in education • Bachelor degree or above in education • Good communication skills
