Job Responsibilities
Work closely with local sales team and lead the service team to provide technical support for Jinkosolar installed equipment and systems during all sales stages. Conducting PV systems analysis and design works, technical-economic assessment of PV systems. Provide technical (and advanced) training to sales staff, installers, EPC companies, and system owners. Keep close relationship with regional KOL to have technical communication, and build standard brand SOP to be industry benchmark. Keep close relationship with client technical professionals to understand client needs. Prompt brand influence through workshops, seminars, conferences, roadshows with the help and assistance of Marketing team. Collect market intelligence and latest information on various competitor activities and get back to HQ to optimize the business. Update latest news of company product to client and find potential business opportunities. Set up regional technical service team and promote overall team business capability.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in electrical/energy engineering, preferably master degree in electrical, renewable/solar energy or power generation. Minimum 5-10 years of demonstrated experience with international companies in the fields of Solar PV and/or Renewable Energy projects. Demonstrated working experience in regional area. Proficient in English speaking and writing. Ability to work in multi-national and matrix organization. Willingness and flexibility to travel. Certification or training in project management is a plus.
