Job Responsibilities
1. Prepare technical materials and training courseware in Chinese and English such as products, service skills and new products, as well as copywriting/document writing; 2. Coordinate English training for international customers and partners; 3. Proficient in on-site installation, product maintenance, and new product explanation, and able to independently plan the development and explanation of new courses; 4. Organize the relevant information of the product, refine the relevant technical service content after the sale, and classify and archive it.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above; 2. CET-6, spoken English can be used as a working language (necessary); 3. Experience in after-sales technology/technical training and lectures on display screens is preferred, and work experience in large-scale training is preferred; 4. Proficient in writing courseware PPT/Excel/word, excellent copywriting/document writing ability is preferred.
