Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for executing the entire human resources process for international assignments within the group, including but not limited to visa processing and on-site personnel management abroad. 2. Coordinate with overseas project teams to assist in developing project dispatch plans. 3. Develop project visa solutions based on visa policies and project requirements. 4. Manage scheduling, working hours, and attendance-related tasks for expatriate personnel. 5. Liaise with domestic and overseas suppliers to ensure smooth coordination of all personnel dispatch processes.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, proficiency in French or German at CET-4 level or above, with good English skills. 2. 2+ years of experience in human resources, with experience in international assignments. 3. Strong communication and coordination skills, responsible, and willing to accept short-term overseas assignments.
