Candidates Profile :- + Excellent inter-personal skills, highly motivated individual; + Excellent team player; + Excellent bi-lingual communication skills, both written and spoken Japanese, English and Mandarin is an advantage but not essential.

Job Requirements

- Solid experience in Mainland market is a plus; - Over 10 years relevant experience in the area of high-ended Sushi restaurant; - At least 5 years in the position of head chef; - Able to maintain high standard of food quality; - Take full responsibility for food menu development;
