Job Responsibilities
Ensure to adaprt the recruitment requirements from departments and the Board of Directors. Consolidate and analyze recruitment needs, plan and implement recruitment activities. Organize, establish, and manage candidate databases and recruitment service providers. Advise on the evaluation of new employees after the probationary period, propose and facilitate the signing of official labor contracts. Organize and develop a succession planning strategy to meet the company’s development needs. Develop policies for retaining talented employees. Build and promote the company’s employer brand. Implicate other tasks assigned by immmediate manager.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Labor Economics, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in the equivalent position or related roles. Proficient in English for business communication. Strong skills in analysis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving. Mature, calm, meticulous, decisive, and responsible. Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, internet, and social media platforms.
