Job Responsibilities

1. Business process research and optimization process: fully investigate the current business situation, optimize business process, and improve the accuracy and efficiency of business operation; At the same time, combined with the current situation of the IT system, iteratively output the optimal business and IT process specifications, and guide and supervise the implementation; 2. Combined with the business needs and the current situation of the system, and the actual use of the system business, put forward the business requirements for system optimization to the product manager, and promote the system iteration to support the smooth development of the business; 3. Verify the results of the system launch, write and update the system manual, and train users on new functions. Regularly collect the proficiency rate and correctness of users using the system, and pull up periodic cycle training according to the error-prone section; At the same time, we regularly collect business (and customer) usage barriers and summarize and optimize systems or processes. 4. IT support for business and customers, undertake daily customer IT docking needs, and help business solve customer IT docking problems; Summarize the system optimization requirements according to the customer's IT support work, and propose a plan to improve business requirements (BRD); 5. Pay attention to the trends of upstream platforms, peers and competitors in the market, investigate the process and function of competing systems, and put forward process optimization and system business needs after business or internal decision-making. 6. Operational data and value tracking analysis: analysis but not limited to the value of business needs, the business value of new docking customers, system failure rate, project and system iteration man-hours consumed, etc.; Data collection and statistical assistance can be provided to BA partners; to solve problems quickly; 7. System fault handling: quickly locate the cause of system failure analysis and cooperate with R&D and product managers to respond quickly

Job Requirements

1. Basic English communication skills, knowledge of other minor languages is preferred 2. Understand the overseas and cross-border mainstream e-commerce platform models, and be familiar with the docking needs of e-commerce logistics systems; 3. Familiar with the basic operation of logistics, familiar with the basic operation process of the express industry (distribution, trunk line, final delivery, finance, etc.); 4. Familiar with the use of business process charts and Office tools, and can write system training SOP and business training process guidelines; 5. Sensitive to data, strong communication skills, strong self-motivation and focus on the final result are preferred.
