Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the process and system construction of the stainless steel plant; 2. Oversee daily management of the plant, including employee management, guidance, training, and evaluation; 3. Develop annual production plans and manage production scheduling, control, and arrangements; 4. Manage personnel, equipment, quality, safety, and warehouse management in the plant; 5. Supervise various departments in production, quality control, storage, and transportation, and motivate their performance; 6. Responsible for achieving the medium- and long-term goals of the plant.

Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or above, major not specified; familiarity with English or Spanish preferred; 2. Over 10 years of experience in hot rolling production management of stainless steel bars and wires, with at least 5 years in a plant manager role; 3. Familiar with factory production operations and management, with extensive experience in production management, cost control, quality management, and equipment management; 4. Knowledge of ISO quality management systems and 6S site management, with lean production concepts and practical experience; 5. Strong planning, guidance, coordination, and decision-making abilities, with excellent overall coordination and organizational management skills.
