Job Responsibilities

Implement policies and procedures of internal collection controls. Implementation of indicators for the area. Prepare reports. Carry out analysis and continuous monitoring of management results in order to identify opportunities for improvement. Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments. Locate debtors and contact them to agree on debt repayment. Maintain accurate records and report collection activity. Design collection strategies Knowledge of the collection market (benchmark, tendency, products, etc.)

Job Requirements

2 years or more in the supervisor position within the same company. Experience in financial industry (Bank/Financial Services) or Fintech. In the charge office the outsourcing. Management of large teams, more than 60 people in charge. Development of Management-level reports for delivery of results, projection (forecast) Follow-up to Teams Leader's Compliance and knowledge of KPIs (Staff of 3 or more Team Leaders)
