Job Responsibilities

Content Analysis: Watch and analyze various types of drama series, including Malay, Chinese, and Korean dramas, to identify successful storytelling techniques and viewer engagement strategies. Content Planning: Develop fresh and engaging content ideas based on market trends, viewer preferences, and social media discussions. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, topics, and viral content, providing valuable insights to the content team. Writing & Conceptualization: Assist in drafting content ideas, synopses, and story outlines. Candidates with experience writing web novels, screenplays, or other creative works will be given priority. Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure that content aligns with both creative and market objectives.

Job Requirements

Passionate about drama series, with broad knowledge of Malay, Chinese, and Korean content. Deep user of social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Twitter), with a strong understanding of current online trends. Strong storytelling skills, with a preference for those who have experience in writing web novels, scripts, or similar content. Highly creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
