Job Responsibilities

• Complete the configuration and verification of System parameters; • Guide internal customers to conduct dynamic data conversion and inspection; • Complete Bio-LIMS system online switching; • Help internal customers establish internal support system or provide operation support for key users after the Bio-LIMS system goes online; • Provide technical consultant support for Data operation and maintenance in Bio-LIMS system; • Organize all project implementation documents, prepare project implementation summary and submit project delivery report; and • As necessary, performs other duties as required.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT, or a computer support environment • Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent training/education • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written in English. • Strong attention to details with excellent follow up. • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Very good troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills • Exceptional customer service skills • Good documentation skills • Knowledge of computer：Understand java basic / SSH framework; well knowing with MySQL and Oracle databases; be familiar with Linux basic operation commands required • Experience with JavaScript、jQuery is preferred
