Job Description: As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide frontline support and technical assistance to clients in the public electric power sector, helping to optimize their use of our products and resolve any issues. Responsibilities: Provide high-level technical support for metering systems, communication protocols, and energy management platforms. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner. Serve as a liaison between R&D and clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant experience in technical support, preferably in the electric power industry. Excellent understanding of metering systems and communication protocols. Fluent in Spanish and English. Strong communication skills, a flexible approach, and a proactive attitude.
