Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with customers, monitor their needs, develop and follow up on project progress; 2. Responsible for communicating, coordinating, organizing and resolving all issues in the project to ensure timely and high-quality completion of the project; 3. Lead the development and implementation of new projects, provide timely feedback on project progress, and assist various departments in resolving project issues. 4. According to the project management process, set project goals, initiate project approval, decompose tasks, and follow up on project progress. 5. Effectively plan and manage the cost of the project. 职位描述 1、对接客户，把控客户需求，制定并跟进各项目进度； 2、负责沟通协调、组织解项目中的所有问题，保证项目按时保质完成； 3、主导新项目的开发和导入，及时反馈项目进展，协助各部门解决项目问题。 4、按项目管理流程，设立项目目标、进行项目立项、任务分解、跟进项目进度。 5、对项目的成本进行有效计划与管理。

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, with over two years of project management experience; 2. English proficiency level 4 or above, with experience working with foreign clients 3. Strong communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork. 1、大专以上学历，两年以上项目管理经验； 2、英语4级以上，有对接外国客户工作经验 3、沟通能力强，有较强的团队合作精神。
