Job Responsibilities

(I) Curriculum and Teaching: 1. Delivery of English lessons Integrating multiple resources/teaching materials. 2. Be able to design interdisciplinary units of inquiry. 3. According to the students' intelligent development differences, organize differential learning tutoring. 4. Research and develop a bilingual fusion curriculum with the academic team and other teachers. 5. Develop subject courses and write unit plans together with teachers. (II) Class management: 1. Work in the classroom and manage the daily routine of the class with the co-teachers. 2. Parents communication, answers parents' questions. 3. Organize and attend parent conference. 4. Cultivate students' character by guiding their daily behaviors. 5. Create a visible learning classroom environment and culture.

Job Requirements

1. A Bachelor's degree in Education is preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years teaching experience. 3. IB PYP teaching experience is required. 4. Teaching qualifications such as States teaching license, PGCE, QTS. 5. Experience in teaching Math, Music, Art would be an added advantage.
