HiredChina Invited to Support Yantai-Hong Kong-Macao Human Resources Exchange Event, Empowering Enterprises to Connect with International Talent Services
From April 14 to 15, 2026, the "Hong Kong-Macao Human Resources Exchange Activity," jointly organized by the Yantai Municipal Government's Office of Hong Kong and Macao Affairs and the Yantai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, was successfully held in Hong Kong and Macao. A delegation of nearly 20 members from Yantai government and enterprises, covering sectors such as culture and tourism, science and technology innovation, and education, visited Hong Kong Cyberport, Hong Kong Talent Group, and several international human resources service providers. The aim was to deepen talent cooperation between Yantai and Hong Kong, empowering Yantai enterprises to expand overseas.
As one of the supporting organizations of this event, HiredChina was invited to attend the launch ceremony and engaged in in-depth exchanges with the Yantai delegation and multiple international human resources service providers. During the visit to Hong Kong, our representative, Business Manager Sam Li, introduced HiredChina's core services in international talent recruitment, cross-border employment compliance (EOR), and localizing overseas teams. He also shared practical insights on navigating diverse labor regulations across countries, cross-cultural management, and compensation design, drawing from real-world cases of supporting Chinese manufacturing, technology, and consumer goods companies expanding globally.
This exchange activity not only strengthened interactions among human resources institutions in Yantai and Hong Kong but also provided a platform for professional cross-border HR service providers like HiredChina to showcase their capabilities and establish connections. We will seize this opportunity to continue monitoring the outbound expansion needs of Yantai and Shandong-based enterprises, leveraging our global service network spanning over 20 countries and a database of more than 6 million international talents to help more mainland enterprises confidently enter international markets.
In the future, HiredChina will continue actively participating in talent collaboration initiatives between the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and inland cities, using professional services to overcome the final hurdle in enterprises' global expansionâaccess to talent.
