【Event】HiredChina Invited to Attend the Thematic Salon 'Cross-border Expansion Starts with Talent', Sharing Practical Experience in International Talent Acquisition

On the afternoon of March 27, a thematic exchange event titled "Cross-border Expansion Starts with Talent, Legal Support Ensures Success" was successfully held at the 95th floor of Ping An Financial Center in Shenzhen, hosted by Qiancheng Law Firm. The event brought together approximately 60 alumni from fields such as international trade, cross-border e-commerce, and overseas enterprise expansion.

As the human resources professional support partner for this event, Mr. Ye Qiting, Founder of HiredChina, was invited to attend and delivered a specialized presentation on the three major challenges most concerning outbound enterprises: accurate international talent recruitment, managing cross-border labor laws and ethical differences, and localizing brand and marketing strategies.

HiredChina has always believed that the core of enterprise internationalization lies in "talent leading the way." Whether entering Southeast Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, or the North American market, only by first solving the question of "who can help me fight locally" can subsequent business execution avoid pitfalls and achieve faster results.

Currently, HiredChina has established service networks in over 20 countries worldwide and maintains an international talent database exceeding 6 million, offering end-to-end solutions ranging from international executive search and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) to global employment (EOR) and cross-cultural integration.

Going forward, HiredChina will continue to participate in and drive more practical, actionable industry exchanges like this salon, and looks forward to collaborating with more outbound enterprises, alumni platforms, and professional institutions to jointly support Chinese enterprises in their global journey.
