International Talent Recruitment Fair Concludes Successfully! HiredChina Empowers Enterprises to Expand Globally
On November 22, under the joint guidance of Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Talent Work, Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology Innovation, and Shenzhen Qianhai Administration, the first "Enterprise Overseas Expansion Talent Service Center" in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area was officially launched at Building 5, Qianhai, Shenzhen. The recruitment fair was hosted by the Qianhai International Talent Service Center, co-organized by HiredChina Hong Kong Anshida International Talent Group, and generously supported by Chinajob.
On the day of the unveiling ceremony, a cross-border international talent recruitment fair was simultaneously held, featuring 41 renowned overseas-expanding enterprises offering over 1,160 high-quality positions. More than 1,500 foreign talents working in China and young professionals from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan attended the event, creating a vibrant atmosphere with active networking and interactions.
As a co-organizer of this recruitment fair, HiredChina leveraged its online and offline channels to reach over 100,000 foreign talents nationwide, meticulously curating participation from enterprises in key outbound sectors such as technological innovation, supply chain management, and advanced manufacturing. Several prominent Hong Kong-based companies, including Golden Hope Hong Kong, Yunmi Hong Kong, and YUNFENG Financial, made their debut at the event, offering numerous employment opportunities for foreign job seekers.
Tim Ye, CEO of HiredChina, introduced on-site: "This international talent recruitment fair not only demonstrates the appeal of Qianhai as an international talent hub but also highlights the urgent demand for global talent among Chinese enterprises expanding overseas. In addition to traditional talent sources in Southeast Asia and Latin America, we are seeing Europe and the Middle East emerging as new growth areas."
It is reported that among the positions offered by participating enterprises, overseas roles have significantly increased in proportion, covering multiple fields such as R&D, management, and marketing, providing diverse opportunities for international talents with different professional backgrounds. On-site specialized service zones were also set up, offering career planning consultation, resume optimization guidance, and overseas employment policy interpretation, all delivered through one-on-one coaching by HiredChina's senior advisory team.
In addition to hosting renowned enterprises, the event innovatively integrated "technology + culture" elements by organizing a traditional intangible cultural heritage (ICH) themed garden party. This included robot experiences, premier showcases of tech innovations, interactive check-in points featuring domestic cultural creative IPs, ICH exhibitions, and coffee socializing—creating a relaxed environment where talents could deeply engage with companies.
With the official operation of the "Enterprise Overseas Expansion Talent Service Center," Qianhai will further refine its ecosystem for international talent services, helping the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area become a globally influential talent hub. HiredChina also reaffirmed its commitment to advancing its global talent network, leveraging its network advantages across more than 20 branches worldwide to provide even more professional matchmaking services for overseas expansion enterprises and international talents.
